“This place is fantastic, I stayed here for seven weeks for a business trip. Every morning I had a hot shower and a hot breakfast. My room was clean and housekeeping is fantastic.”

“Overall: The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean, well furnished, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, offering a nice range of options. While I didn’t use the pool, it appeared clean and well maintained. Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay with great staff, and I would happily return. Minor Critiques (Less Relevant): The hotel does show some age and general wear. While it is overall well maintained, a closer look reveals that some of the finer details could use more attention. There are scattered scuffs and wall damage, areas that appear to have been patched or repaired quickly rather than carefully, rusty vents, and some discoloration on the shower ceiling from condensation. The toilet was slightly off-center, and the area behind the nightstand was very dirty. The elevated surfaces were dusty, and the corners were dirty. Indicative of more a hasty vacuum and turndown than a proper detailed cleaning. These are all relatively small issues and did not negatively impact the quality of the stay. However, there is a noticeable lack of attention to detail. I tend to believe that how you handle the small things reflects how you handle everything, and a bit more care in these areas would elevate the overall experience. That said, none of these points should deter anyone from staying here, they are simply small details I happened to notice. Completely Opinion / Personal Observation: As someone who used to do this type of work for a living, I would not re-use the granite company you had do the work. The seams are rough, the caulking is shoddy and messy, they didn’t level your pieces in the breakfast area, and the polishing work is subpar and rushed. This is a very minor if not irrelevant note for most guests but stood out to me.”
